Terms of Service
These terms cover bookings made with Guruni Tour and Travels, Guna, Madhya Pradesh — whether by phone, on WhatsApp, at our office or through this website.
1. What we are
We are a travel agency. We arrange travel with airlines, hotels, transport operators and other suppliers on your behalf. We are not the airline, the hotel or the transport operator, and the service you receive on your trip is provided by them under their own terms.
2. Quotes and prices
A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Travel prices and availability change, so a fare can move or sell out before a booking is confirmed. If that happens we will tell you the current price and you may accept it or walk away — we will not book at a higher price without asking you first. Unless the quote says otherwise, prices exclude tolls, parking, state permits, driver allowance for outstation journeys, and anything described as not included.
3. Confirming a booking
A booking is confirmed only when the supplier issues a ticket, voucher or confirmation number, and when the advance stated on your quote has been received. A booking request on its own is not a confirmed booking.
4. Your details
You must give names exactly as they appear on the passport or identity document that will be used for travel. Airlines charge to correct a name and some do not allow it at all. Please also tell us about anything that affects the journey — a wheelchair, an infant, oversized luggage, a pet.
5. Passports, visas and entry rules
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visa, permit and any health documents your journey requires. We will tell you what we know and point you to the official source, but the authorities of the destination country decide, and a refused visa or entry is not a reason for a refund from a supplier who has already been paid.
6. Cancellations and changes
Cancellations and date changes follow the rules of the supplier holding the booking, plus our service charge where one applies. Both are shown on your quote and again before we cancel anything. See the refund and cancellation page for how a refund reaches you.
7. Delays and things outside our control
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations or losses caused by airlines, hotels, transport operators, weather, road or rail conditions, strikes, or orders of an authority. Where such an event affects your trip we will do what we reasonably can to help you re-arrange it.
8. Complaints
If something goes wrong, tell us as soon as you can — while you are travelling if possible, because most problems can only be put right at the time. Call +91 73547 29911 or come to the office.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Guna, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
