This explains what Guruni Tour and Travels collects when you book with us or use this website, why we need it, and who else sees it.
What we collect
What you give us to make a booking: your name as it appears on your identity document, date of birth where a supplier requires it, phone number, email address, travel dates, and passport details for international travel. What you type into the enquiry form on this website: your name, email, phone number and message. Payment references — we record that a payment was made and its reference, not your full card number.
Why we need it
To make and manage your booking, to issue tickets, vouchers and invoices, to reach you if something about your trip changes, and to keep the accounting records the law requires us to keep.
Who else sees it
Airlines, hotels, transport operators and other suppliers — only the details they need to hold your booking. A passport number goes to an airline for an international ticket; it does not go to a cab operator. D2W Mobility, whose travel technology our booking desk runs on, processes this information on our behalf and is not permitted to use it for anything else. Authorities, where the law requires it. We do not sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only for as long as we might reasonably still be talking to you about that trip.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not required by law to keep. Ring +91 73547 29911 or come to the office and we will sort it out.
This website
The enquiry form on this site sends your name, email, phone and message to our booking desk so we can reply. Nothing else on this page tracks you, and we do not run advertising cookies.
