Guruni Tour and Travels is a travel agency in Guna, Madhya Pradesh. We arrange cabs, outstation journeys, holiday packages, flight tickets and hotel rooms for families, groups and businesses in and around Guna.
What we do
Most trips start with a phone call. You tell us where you are going and when; we come back with a written quote that shows the price, what it includes and what it does not. For a cab or an outstation journey we arrange the vehicle and the driver. For a holiday we put the hotel, the sightseeing and the transfers into one plan with one price. For flights and hotels we check live fares at the time you ask, so the number on your quote is the number we can actually book.
How we work
One person handles your trip from the first call to the last drop. That is deliberate: when a flight moves or a car has to come earlier, you should not have to explain your booking to somebody new. We put the terms in writing before any money changes hands — the fare, the inclusions, the advance and the cancellation rules. If a price changes between the quote and the booking, we tell you the new one rather than holding you to the old. Our booking desk runs on travel technology operated by D2W Mobility, which connects us to airline and hotel systems. The booking, the advice and the responsibility for your trip stay with us.
